Track your productivity with Owltivity
Owltivity is a web extension available on Chrome that helps you track your productivity. With just a click of a button, Owltivity starts recording the time you spend on different websites, allowing you to monitor and improve your browsing habits.
To add websites to the tracker, simply go to the options menu, enter the name of the website, and press add. The list of tracked websites resets each time you close and open Chrome, ensuring accurate tracking of your productivity. This feature is particularly useful if you need to stay away from certain websites during your work periods.
Owltivity also identifies certain websites as "Unproductive Websites" by default, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit. This helps you become aware of the websites that might be distracting you the most.
Your productivity is graded on a simple 5-grade letter scale: A, B, C, D, and F. The grades are determined by comparing your unproductive time to your total browsing time. The breakdown of the grading scale is as follows:
- A:
- B:
- C:
- D:
- F: < 0.6
